CANCELLATION / NO SHOW / LATE POLICY:

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

Please give a 24 hour notice before your appointment to cancel and reschedule your service, same day cancellation will be subject to a 50% fee of service booked if cancelled same day of appointment. Please contact me directly at (502) 303-7127 to cancel or reschedule!

Late Policy:

Please communicate if you are going to be late! You will have a 20 minute grace period. After 30 minutes: Your appointment will have to be cancelled and will need to reschedule online.

No Call / No Show:

I have a zero tolerance policy for no call no shows. Your name will be moved to the ban list & you will unfortunately no longer be able to reschedule with me. If you’re not able to make your appointment, please communicate with me beforehand.
